"The hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and professional. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks. The location is great if you're driving. It can be a bit stressful crossing over the roundabouts to get where you're going on foot."

"Probably won't stay again if there is another option. The hotel is old and tired, the rooms are cheap but you get very little amenity. Bed comfy. Food and drink options are poor value. A number of the staff are abrupt and more interested in watching football or playing on their phone than greeting you. Not sure the management is that bothered as I called and emailed over the last 5 months trying to book rooms for 5 guests for 5 weeks over a two month period. They didn't email or call back so should have been a good indication of how the hotel would be."

"I only stayed 23 hours . The staff were helpful and polite. Room was quite good , I had a very good night sleeping . I liked the idea of checking out at 12 noon on a Sunday. I checked in at 13:10 HR on Saturday. The location is brilliant , just a 7 minute walk into the Market square ."

"Granted I stayed on NYE, but for the money paid the room wasn’t great. In serious need of a refurb, and bathroom refresh. My room in particular also had some brown marks on the ceilings where there had been previous leaks that had been fixed. Other than that, location is fine, and the customer service was nice and friendly. Free parking was a bonus too."

"Very disappointed. This is not ibis standard. They should rebrand this hotel as ibis budget. The hotel is quite worn out. The room could have been cleaner (the sheets were fine though). The cherry on top was that there was no coffee at breakfast. Apparently their coffee machine broke and could not be fixed. Whilst this can happen, why would you not have a plan B? Like a french press or even instant coffee. Especially given that breakfast is not included in standard fare and customers have to pay extra. It is not some exotic cereal that is missing after all. Coffee is the the main reason to have breakfast at all. When we complained about it the receptionist said she would normally refund but had no authority to do so. This apparently could only be done by the manager who was on vacation. Probably somewhere where they served coffee for breakfast."
