"Had my cat groomed at this place. They did an absolute horrific job. His whole body was shaved but not done properly as it’s all mismatched. There are long hairs and short hairs everywhere! It looks like he has been attacked! This was not discussed with me before he was done! I am so shocked and upset by this! I can’t believe they think it was acceptable for him to look like that after they had seen to him. I don’t know how to feel about this as it was my first ever experience at a groomers. I don’t think I will ever go back here unfortunately! I think if you do take your cat just be aware of what to expect from them! I have attached photos and videos for proof!"
