"Jo and her team are simply amazing. Glanford and I have been attending weekly training classes for the past 6 years; she manages to make the training fun for both dog and handler and offers different solutions when things just aren’t clicking (usually for me, not Glanford!). We’ve also had 1-2-1 training when Glannie went through a difficult phase of lurching at anyone who walked towards her - Jo soon gave me the tools and understanding to refocus Glannie and the behaviour soon stopped. The dog walking team are simply the best - I have complete confidence in them and Glannie loves each and every one of them - even though she may not always be willing to get off the sofa!
