"The man on the phone had a disgusting attitude this company is awful the way they speak to people no customer service he sounded the type of person to not book in the taxi …. He was rude and this was my first time in ringing. I wouldn’t use at all stay away as anyone who speaks to people like this or has this line of customer service won’t be able to run a business effectively as this are their key areas of success. If there was an option of no stars I would have clicked this. He asked me for the house number and postcode. I said the postcode first which usually bring up the streets where I would tell him me street number he said I didn’t ask you for that screaming down the phone wow I said I tell you what don’t worry I’ll use somewhere else. The man clearly has some issues and hates his job and people. I suggest packing parcels where you don’t need to speak to anybody as you’re clearly in the wrong job !"
"Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for a taxi to collect me from their offices. The driver I got was very chatty and a pleasure to be with. No card machine so had to pay by cash which meant no receipt but the office emailed over over."
"Terrible taxi firm. I was told my taxi would be 15mins from ordering it. It didn't arrive until over an hour later. Everytime I rang for a status update I was told it was 5 mins away. The last time I asked, after an hour wait, the operator put the phone down on me. So they basically lied to me for over an hour. Two women alone in a closed bar. Thankfully the staff let us stay inside in the warmth. Utterly appalling service."
"Booked a taxi through their brilliant website hours before we need one. I thought it's good people can book a taxi through websites. I typed my postcode and selected my postcode. There's no choices of house numbers. After the destinations postcode, I clicked submit. Then it says confirmed. I tried to find a box to add my house number, but there was none. I received no confirmations. At the appointed time, there was no taxi. So i called their office. Operator said the taxi is cancelled, I didn't cancel. They cancelled it as there was no house number. The operator was really rude especially after I explained I couldn't choose my house number. They didn't have a decency or brain to call and ask my house number. Its a no brainer! Wigan's worst taxi company! Not recommended at all."
"AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! just been sat at traffic lights and an estate car with bluestar all over the front doors went speeding through the red lights. Had no consideration for anybody else. Wouldn't dream of getting into one of there cars now!! The driver definitely needs their licence taking from them!! An accident waiting to happen."
