"We normally use off airport parking but this time had car problems and needed a taxi. Found Wigan Travel and contacted them at short notice for Airport Taxi, and boy am I glad we did. Spoke first to Ian who had no problem arranging this and went over everything including return arrangements. Ian picked us up, bit ahead of time (no problem) and got us there in plenty of time and a pleasant and relaxed trip. Day or so before return we received a text from our return driver Chris with all the details for collection. We were delayed by about 1/2 hour but we kept in contact right up to the time he picked us up. Again a very pleasant and relaxed drive home. This was first class service, the way it used to be when these thing mattered. We will not be using off airport parking again, just Wigan Travel. Many thanks, Alan and Barbara, Platt Bridge, Wigan."
"We had a return airport transfer with Wigan travel in October. The booking process was really easy and quick. Jack was our driver, he was punctual and super friendly, lm quite a nervous passenger but felt really at ease with Jacks driving. Communication was great, especially on the return journey where we waited quite a while for cases. Wouldn’t hesitate to book for our next holiday!"
