"As far as solicitors go these guys are expensive. They took a really long time to sort out my Grandad's estate, but the thing that made me really annoyed happened when I was buying a house. I had been going through the stages of buying a house for 10 months, and at every corner whilst trying to buy this house I was hit with unexpected things. Finally I was ready to complete but I needed another copy for my proof of funds so I asked Kevills to email my conveyancers the proof of funds. They charged me £24 to send an email. This is completely extortionate. They know I needed the email and that I would have had to pay what ever they state to get it. They showed no humility and they showed no compassion for the fact buying this house had been so stressful for the past 10 months. They are a greedy horrible company."
