"The initial process was ok, everything was done via the telephone, the call with the Will writer was on time, she was very knowledgeable and friendly, and explained the process thoroughly, however, it seemed that the objective was to encourage us to purchase additional services such as Power of Attorneys which would have increased the costs considerably. We did settle to purchase "Memorandum of Wishes" for £20 each which turned out to be a pre printed A4 page for us to complete and keep with the will, I thought £40 a little expensive. When I received the draft of the will there were a few errors which I reported and was corrected. The will should have been sent to us within 7 days but after 2 weeks I had to chase it up, it was then delivered within a couple of days. I feel that while they did complete everything satisfactory in the end the timescale wasn't met and they seemed more interested in selling more expensive products."
