"Absolutely lovely experience here. I got a warm welcome from Andi, she gave me her full attention immediately. My cat was put on her table straight away and she started petting him and letting him get to know her before working on him. She made sure he was comfortable during being clipped and afterwards she gave him plenty treats (he loved her by that point!)
