"My cat was really unwell,sneezy,a runny nose,no appetite and lethargic.I rang Vets4Pets where your receptionist called Helen was really sympathetic and understanding.She explained everything to me so that I was in no doubt as to what to do when I arrived.She said to bring my cat as soon as possible and that I would wait to see the first available Vet On arrival I was shown to the waiting area,which was warm,clean and comfortable and only waited 5 minutes before I saw the Vet.She was welcoming,kind and patient with my sick cat.She examined him thoroughly and reassured me that with treatment my pet would be back to full health in no time.She gave my cat two injections and some medicine to administer at home and told me that if I had any concerns to bring my cat back to the surgery. I thought the level of care and concern was outstanding and I will certainly recommend Vets4Pets."
