Staff are so wonderful and friendly with them, give great advice and have frequently sorted things at the last minute (whether it's an emergency appointment or flea and worming treatment). I especially want to thank the receptionists Emma and Charlotte, who have been so helpful, and there's a couple of vets who have treated my cat who are fantastic (I can't remember names, but one is a Scottish guy). I've been registered at other vet practices previously (I first changed to one nearer, then moved away to a different city) and this is the best one I've dealt with by far.
