"I normally go in once every couple of days for bits and bobs, pharmacy etc, there's an older lady in there especially that goes above and beyond to help out, (Keeley), a few times I've gone in for something and can't find it, no matter how busy she is, she will always put customers first and help out, although I've not seen her working in a few weeks, I hope she hasn't left as she's always nice, polite, helpful and usually has a laugh."

"Apparently it takes 20 days from the day you order your prescription to get it, 3 months in a row that by the time they have said I can collect I've run out. But the best one is they do it to my mum with her cancer medication that she isn't allowed to miss, and instead of an apology they try to pass blame."
