"Every time my little pups have been here they have come out looking fab. More than that is the obvious care you see on display with the dogs they are grooming when you bring yours in. Genuine care and consideration given to every individual dog. We have a, being polite, "challenging" shih tzu, who can nip and growl....but not here. And she never panics here or needs encouraging in. Thank you for loving dogs and their owners xxx"

"As a former independent dog groomer I critique standards highly. I'm currently visiting one of my sons and his wife and their newest baby in Sheffield, while my twin sister is flat sitting my apartment (she's my identical twin, I don't think my neighbours can tell I've been away for a week now, as it still looks like me coming and going, her hair is my length, she wears the same things I like...it's a twin thing!) They love this groomers, and I'm impressed with their approach to the dogs mental and emotional wellbeing, not just the end product. 30 years ago I worked for some nasty grooming establishments, which is why I went into business as an independent groomer, but it's brutal work on the joints, so I got a new job after 20 years. Thrilled to know such caring places exist. Also prices are excellent, I highly recommend."
