"Absolutely disgusting the way they talk to their customers! Will be taking our custom elsewhere. In regards to your reply....... My partner did nothing but speak in a respectful manner to you. When he purchased the bubble pads for our fish tank, found one was faulty to which he then rang the store to ask if he could take it in to exchange to be told "well what a surprise" how is that my partner being arrogant or speaking aggressively. In fact my partner had the phone on loud speaker and I was absolutely appalled by the way he spoke to my partner. I even asked why my partner was letting him speak to him like that because if it was me I would have a lot more to say to the disgusting disrespectful man. We have been in the shop numerous times and all the staff are all lovely apart from the elderly man. I honestly encourage EVERYONE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SPOKEN TO DISGUSTINGLY AND TREAT WITH DISRESPECT!!!"

"I have spent a lot of money in this store so far. However, you have now lost a good customer. You tried to short change me today and it was so blatantly obvious. My only regret is that I didn't confront you sooner- I just felt so awkward you did that. That's why I said it after you stopped talking. It as painfully awkward that you kept talking in the hope I wouldn't realise. As I said I have spent alot in your store so its a shame. You didn't even question me when I pointed out that you gave me a tenner less. Usually if you were unsure you would take the float out of the till and check. Aside from that your store is massively overpriced - I only shopped their due to living close. There is another lovely pet shop in Hillsborough for anyone interested (next to aylas cafe - they have been there for decades)"

"Friendly small pet shop, however I would highly recommend checking all products purchased for moth larvae has my previous two purchases a bag of hamster food and pet bed had moth larvae within them."

"My daughter and myself went into the pet shop today to look at fish and fish tanks, we was set on a small tank and cold water fish. We spoke to the owner who discussed cold water fish and tanks and then he explained tanks for tropical fish and what the fish needed. He showed us what we would need for our set up. We left the shop to have a think and a short time after went back into the store to purchase the full set up for tropical fish. He made my daughters day as they had the fish that she wanted and he explained how to look after them. Prices are very reasonable and they had a good variety of tanks, and accessories along with a good variety of fish. I would highly recommend this shop as very friendly, cater for a wide range of pets and very knowledgable, we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and we would definitely return. I was glad that I was able to support our local pet shop. Thank you for your help :)"
