"Really wanted to like this place but.... Very good initial meeting and front desk (reception) and accountancy ladies. I agreed for them to do the work. Now the tale begins.... Car went in with paint damage to the rear wheel arch and bumper. Went to collect and noticed that the bumper hadn't been done ("it wasn't on the job sheet" ) - how is that my problem? Went back a few days later to collect and noticed that new damage had been done to the hatch door, next to where the bumper damage had been. Clearly caused by a polishing machine and they went so far as to admit that "it looked new". So we checked the photos taken on delivery - no damage there. They agreed to fix it. By this time my courtesy car cover had expired. (1 week) Then took another 5 days to repair. Partly caused by poor service / no responses on the 'phone when I rang to see if it was ready. My insurance company couldn't get a response either. 3rd visit finally got the car back. 2 weeks for relatively minor damage, and 3 'collection' visits. My secondary claim for assistance to cover the courtesy car charges was disputed by AF - they said they hadn't caused any damage - but interestingly - refused to submit the initial photos to my insurance company.... I wonder why?! I can only contrast their service with my insurers - Direct Line - who did absolutely everything to help me with this claim, and even paid some of my additional courtesy car charges - which they were not obligated to do. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend AF. I can forgive the initial mistakes, but not the latter service or outcome from the workshop / management."

"Absolutely satisfied with their service. I had a scratch with a minor dent that was repaired very neatly under few hours - dropped the car around 9:30am, had it back around 3/4pm. Customer service was excellent imo; I was offered a courtesy car to use as I came in from Birmingham, but not licensed to drive a manual gearbox car, still, one of the workers dropped me off at the nearest city mall. All of this at a fantastic price. Had online quotes that were 3-4 times the amount charged. So five star from me."
