"We left our puppy Willow for her first long stay with Natalie and it couldn’t have gone any better. Natalie was so friendly, professional and had so much knowledge of dogs. We received lots of video and photo updates whilst we were on holiday which was so lovely and really put our minds at ease. "For the first time, we had to leave our 8 months old Labrador with a dog sitter and chose Natalie. We dropped him off at hers and picked him up in great shape and happy as ever four days later. Natalie sent us photos and videos throughout our pooch’s stay and kept us up to date about his behaviour and well-being, which we very much appreciated. Our Lab got lots of cuddles and playtime with other dogs, Natalie herself and her daughter. She also took him for lots of long walks to ensure that he was getting the exercise he needs (yes, he’s VERY active). Natalie followed the instructions we gave her very closely so that we never had to worry about our dog’s dietary requirements. In summary; very professional and highly recommended!"

We have daily updates and videos sent to use whilst on holiday which is so reassuring to see. Our dogs have a great time when they stay, playing with Natalie's own dog Millie to the point where they don't want to come home and sulk when they do.
