"Had the worst experience. I could never find a single thing here, and the store assistants don't know a single thing about makeup. and on top of it I had an empty makeup fixing spray bottle and the door start making a sound, I told the guard I haven't bought/taken anything. But He forced me to show him the bag. It was an empty bottle he checked at the door it made a sound then he let me go. Worst store, t's better to visit super drug, they are cooperative and knowledgeable too. They guide u better."

"Every time I go to pick up my medication from the pharmacy, there is a queue. There is no logic to how we are serviced. So you wait and then request your medication. All my medication is easily dispensed in boxes, but now I have to wait again. The staff are always stressed and inundated with people. I do not blame them. Come on Boots mgt employ more assistance, pay them well, and ensures a good queuing and pick system is in place. Oh and get in more pharmacists too."
