"The boots staff themselves are usually quite friendly and approachable. However today I went into the store to check the discounted items, the security guard followed me all the way till I paid for my item and left the store. He wasn't even subtle about it. I felt like I'd done something wrong when I didn't."
"Friendly Staff. There are a few issues with the store ( Not Staff) The mats at the entrance have a lip all the way around they are very awkward to get a wheelchair over and to a degree a trip hazard. The Isles are very narrow. The store desperately needs a refit and clean. I cannot believe this store has been allowed to become so rundown. If boots have the money to open new stores then do this one up its a dump"
"Really great offers especially if you have got an advantage card. Staff are always very help. Especially if you a enquiring about suitable medication. The only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is quite cramped and not an awful lot of space for pushchairs or the disabled."
