"Booked an appointment at 6pm the appointment got moved to 5pm without my knowledge… supposedly they called? I received no notice of the change. I called them over 3 times on the day of the groom no answer. I also called them days before the groom still no answer. Waste of time and patience. The next available slot given was in March… it is currently January… beyond a joke, no apology and explanation."

"Adele in the groom room is an animal abuser. I visited the salon and saw her pulling dogs aggressively and throwing items around the salon whilst dogs were tied up scared. The other members of staff seem wonderful, however I would never trust my dog with Adele."
