"Ordered a part that was in stock. 3 weeks later it hasn't arrived and nothing emailed. When I chased it they said it had been ordered and should be with me within a couple of weeks. 3 weeks later still nothing. Called them again and they said they couldn't give a date. Bike has now been in pieces for nearly 2 months. However refund process was easy."
