He was so helpful and really friendly too and took the time to ask whether my husband was going walking and then chatted to us while my husband was trying the shoes on. "Went today, Sunday 9th October. All the staff great except ignorant cow upstairs. I had to ask for help three times before she acknowledged me, then rolled her eyes, and radioed someone else to help. Clearly someone actually buying something was not important to her.
