I needed the medicine now as i was ill, she repiled I cannot take it out the system Now..i argued saying you should have told me, therefore I would have gone else where.terrible service each time I go in NoW..."

"Poor customer service, a few months ago I went in to pick up my prescription and was served by a girl who was chatting away on her phone the whole time she was serving me, she attempted to charge me double what I owed as she wasn't paying attention, a few days later I left work to find a voice mail on my phone from the manager of the chemist telling me to call back urgently regarding my prescription, I was terrified thinking that there was something wrong with the medication I had been taking, I called back and she accused me of not paying for my prescription, I told her I had paid and shyr said oh well you didn't tick the box to say you had so remember to do so I future, the girl serving me hadn't told me to tick anything as she was busy talking on the phone, recently I went in to collect my prescription and asked the lady serving what I needed to tick and she said I don't know what do you usually tick? Very unhelpful."
