"I joined this practice by chance and I’m so glad that I did. They provide a personal service despite being a chain of vets. Everyone from the reception through to the medical team genuinely care about your pet. My cat had toxic ingestion and I was terrified, they eased through what to expect and I even left without paying as I completely forgot. Marc did not fuss and just rang me the next day to sort. It was kind of him as he knew we were on our way to Willows without a clue as to if our cat would live. Muffin is happy and healthy and that’s down to their fast response and thorough treatment. This practice is always there to answer your questions and provide really good recommendations and advice. There’s a lady on reception that used to breed Ragdolls who has given me so much advice. If you’re worried that you won’t get the personal touch of a smaller practice don’t be. They do genuinely care and you’re not just a number to them. Their pet plans are really good value as well and it’s nice to know that everything is taken care of and there for when I need it."
"I visited as an emergency second opinion to see a specific vet call Josh, which I was recommended to. He had familiarised himself with my dogs medical history before the appointment, took the time to talk to me about my concerns and clearly and concisely explained an immediate treatment plan because it was an emergency. I was given a reasonable quote and my dog was accommodated that day with the treatment he needed. I am so grateful for the service I received at Vets4Pets and the ongoing support I am receiving for my dog. A now know his condition, I have the correct medication and a clear treatment plan. I also want to commend the reception team who were efficient, polite and courteous. They went the extra mile to show kindness to me and my dog during this stressful time. Thank you and I will be recommending this branch highly."
"The vet was very thorough and explained everything throughout. She was very empathetic and interested in my mother's cat. She was also careful to explain costs knowing that my mum is elderly. The man on reception was very friendly, made a fuss of mums cat and calmed her down. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you!"
"Josh was extremely helpful. This was our first time attending the vets with our kitten. We are first time kitten owners. Josh explained the differing options we had in terms of vaccinations/pricing etc. He was very gentle with our kitten that appeared to remain calm and relaxed throughout her vaccinations and chip implantation. The receptionist staff were happy to answer all our questions. This vets is 30 minutes from our house but we were determined to bring our kitten here due to their reputation compared to those more local to us."
"Staff are always so friendly and helpful. They have dealt with treatment with a calm urgency and handled my pets with love and care. Plus, it’s much more affordable than other vets I’ve been to. Definitely recommend!"
