"would not recommend I was meant to move in December 1st even payed a 300 pound holding deposit then they did not answer me till the 1st to say it had been delayed as carpets hadn’t been fitted.They told me they would ring me when it was ready which they never did I kept calling back up till they finally answered to say the room had been rented out to someone else as they thought I didn’t want it. Over a month later and I still don’t have my holding deposit back"

"Beware before you pay anything! My son paid £300 holding fee 20th November , for a room in a shared house. Move in date of 1st Dec delayed due to carpet. Fitters etc , then no reply to calls texts etc extras expense putting furniture in storage ! Told on 24 th Dec room let to someone else. Holding fee still not refunded ! Ignoring emails , texts and not answering phone ! AVOID paying anything to this place."
