"This is the worst agency that I’ve ever come across - extremely rude and unhelpful ! I would not recommend it to anyone ! Me and my housemates had a terrible mould issue at our rented house and the agency completely ignored us for months despite our consistent requests to take action. In the end we had to move out of the house and we didn’t even get our full deposits back as apparently we were supposed to clean up the mould which was most likely poisonous and extremely harmful to us. Dealing with Belvoir was actual hell and cost us so much stress, avoid at all cost !!!!!!"
