Premier Inn Watford North hotel

"This hotel was brilliant. Very clean and very practical, great location for the Harry Potter tour. We only had breakfast but the food was fantastic. Slight delay on the Sunday morning but it wasn't a great issue for us as we were driving, would have been worse if you had a train or plane to catch All in all, a great hotel"

"My mother stayed here on night of the 12th Feb as we had just finished a holiday, I live local and she needed help getting to the train station early in the morning. We arrived late and was greeted by the night shift manager/ supervisor who was on reception. He was brilliant and very helpful. My mother told me in the morning that he even helped her with breakfast as she was the first one up!! Brilliant customer service by the supervisor (who I understand cycles locally to work on his push bike). Excellent work, well done to him! 5 stars"

"Upon entering the room, we got an immediate stench of dampness, smelling insanely musty. Obviously, we opened the windows to try and clean the air in the room which did help, but the smell kept coming back. The cleanliness of the room was disgusting, there was dampness on the corners of the walls and mould growing on the curtains. It appeared that the extractor fan was not working until the end of the stay when I realised that it hadn't actually been switched on to work by the management... As an asthma sufferer, I found it insanely difficult to breathe at times during the stay as the room was musty and damp. We had to keep windows open during the day which even then didn't actually help the horrible smell... Apart from poor cleanliness of the room and severe damp, the food for breakfast was very good! And very accommodating to vegetarians like myself."

"Family room, nice and clean (and smelled clean and fresh too). Receptionist very friendly and helpful. We have a 2 night stay taking in Warner Studios Harry Potter tour tomorrow - it's nearby. TGI Fridays alongside, which we've booked for this evening."

"Had a lovely stay here. It is in the perfect location for those visiting the Harry Potter studios as its only a 10 minute drive away. There's also a restaurant next door and a McDonalds very close. I booked an accessible room as a wheelchair user and found the room was a good size and had everything you need for a short stay including a hair dryer which was helpful having forgotten my own. The bathroom was also a good size and was easy to navigate in my chair. Only down side was the extra pillows in the room were stored on a high shelf in the room and it was difficult for me to reach."
