"Absolutely terrible experience with this agency today. We booked to view one of their rental properties with Lucy Fox. The first red flag was that we tried to call Lucy the morning of to double confirm the viewing and she didn’t get back to us, so we called the office who confirmed our appointment. We set off on our hour round trip and hit some traffic. We messaged Lucy directly on the WhatsApp number she had given us, she didn’t reply. We arrived 7 minutes late and nearly had a head on collision with Lucy who was driving extremely aggressively and almost rammed us off the single track road. She was very rude and almost hit our car (I don’t think she realised who we were). We arrived to the property obviously now unable to view as Lucy had left (without even calling us first to check and ignoring the message we sent her). We called the agency and explained the situation, all they could offer us was to reschedule for tomorrow morning. We declined as we had made an hour round trip to view and had not even been able to see the property- the agency seemed not to care. I am absolutely shocked at the service we received today- the house we were trying to view has been on the market for ages and I can see why as this agency is so unprofessional. Would NOT recommend APW."
