"We have an apartment in Alto and the standard of build is fantastic, the interior can not be faulted as it is of a very high quality, if we ever have an issue or fault Tipi are at hand to resolve it. The best thing when renting with tipi you don't have to worry about bills etc and you have a fantastic wifi provider all included in your rent. It really is hassle free renting."

"I wish I could give negative ratings. I would not recommend any one buying or renting in ALTO or Belcanto apartments. The building and the flats are really good but its the building management company (#irstPort) is absolutely bonkers and residents have no freedom at all. I was just recently told to take off a string of lights I had put up in MY balcony to celebrate a festival. On checking with them I was told that the balconies are communal (like really!?) and quoted me some clause in some building manual (dictators manual). I feel like I will have to take their permission before enjoying any festival in my own house. Again trust me you are better off buying or renting a property somewhere else than in ALTO!"
