"Both Burgers was burnt and cold at the same time, it also wasn’t busy and four members of staff were just stood around talking by the tills with their backs to customers while one person was doing all the work. Considering it’s £17 for two burger meals you’d expect at least something edible and the bare minimum service."

"We had the meal for two, SMALL double cheese burgers which we thought we was going to get regular size. Buns were so dry. Uncleaned tables. BK needs to drop the prices & have fresh buns & they might fill the restaurants with customers."

"How is this place in operation? Absolutely shocking. £22 on 3 meals. All 3 burgers completely cold, that cold the cheese didn’t even melt. No queue at all, but was made to wait for a staff member who may as well not been there. Didn’t even finish the food and binned it. Including my toddlers meal who also wasn’t interested in what was also just slapped together. If people don’t like there jobs maybe think of leaving or don’t apply at all so people who care can get employed. It takes something to leave a negative review but this place needs it."

"My complaint is about another customers in store complaint about their order. While I was in the queue, I overheard several members of the team discuss the complaint. At one point a member of staff said she would "go over there and knock her out". Other staff members got involved and were constantly swearing. Not a good look on the front desk. Staff need proper training as their behaviour was disgusting. Around 8 customers standing at the front desk could very clearly hear what was being said all while your rude staff stared and made rude & insulting comments about the customer. I contacted the store after I had left as not to cause a scene, I spoke to the manager who told me she didn't hear anything... However, I did see what looked like the shift leader/ manager getting involved whilst processing the customers refund, even laughing at some of the comments such as "give her the refund and take her food!" "Her kids eaten it all, why are we refunding her!" The 3 women on the counter should be disciplined immediately. I would advise looking into CCTV footage from 7pm (02/12/2022) onwards to see who was involved. Disgusting behaviour that will likely continue. Speaking to the manager it was clear she didn't know what to say when her and her team were caught out. I advised that they go into the kitchen if they wanted to slag off customers and to look into proper training on how to deal with complaints. Finally, I called while I was still in the area and could see the staffs rage after I hung the phone up. By the looks of it I had the same fate as the previous complainer... being slagged off for the rest of the evening.
