"Ordered takeaway from their own website the money was taken but apparently they didn’t receive the order, was made to pay again with no help to resolve the issue. Customer service non existent very rude and accusing considering we’ve used them many times in the past. Was told it would correct itself overnight of course it didn’t… still trying to get money back now, with no reply from the email on the website, it’s a con! Would never use again nor recommend to anyone else."

"My husband and I ordered for the first time tonight. It was very disappointing. The food took over 1h, we didn’t even get a call or text to let us know there was a delay, we had to call the restaurant to find out. When the food arrived, we received the wrong burger. I ordered chicken but got beef instead. The chips were hard and tasteless. When we called the restaurant, they said they couldn’t sbecause of how busy they were but that we can get something else next time. The lady on the phone was really nice and she was just repeating the information given to her but it’s just poor customer service. I ended up only eating half of my burger. It was dry, the sauce was watery and I barely ate my chips. My husband’s burger was better, he seemed to enjoy it. The sweet chilli wings were nice and tasty. Too spicy for me but my husband really enjoyed them. It’s a shame the rest wasn’t as good. They offered us to go to the shop another day to get a refund for my burger but it’s just so much hassle they probably know we won’t end up doing it… won’t order there again unfortunately."

"We used to order from here all the time but after a bad takeaway we stopped. So tonight while watching the boxing we decide to give it another chance and how sorry we are that we did. I had a half pound burger with fries. The fries was nice HOWEVER the burger was absolutely Vile. It is the CHEAPEST burger meat you could get and more like something you get at a third division football match. The taste was awful and just full of gristle, it was that bad I threw more than half of it away. Moving onto the pizza we ordered….. a 12inch DEEP PAN….. it was thinner than a thin pan !! It was like cardboard and the crust was burnt. So sad it has gone downhill to that extreme. We certainly won’t ever order from here again. I left 1 star as there wasn’t an option for ZERO ! Sorry Shiraz but that food was awful"
