"We decided recently to go visit London and ended up staying in this hotel. Firstly the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area with loads of nice places to eat nearby. We used to walk to Mooregate station and get the tube. It was so convenient because you could use your bank card to tap in and out rather than buy tickets. Our intention was to do a lot of site seeing and not spend much time in the room so I opted for a room with no window. Because the room had no window it came with some pretty nifty led lighting which my daughter absolutely loved! Having no window in the room didn't particularly bother me but it did bother my partner. Not enough to change room tho. And also because there was no window there was no outside noise pollution or light sneaking into the room. There were just two towels and two pillows. No extras. I guess we could have got extra if we just asked. The room itself was pretty tiny. I don't think I was expecting it to be so cramped but we managed it for the few days. We noticed that our daughter was the only child staying in the hotel. I wouldn't say that the hotel wasn't family friendly but I noticed that the other guests were mainly young tourists. I wanted breakfast included. Breakfast was more continental style and I think my partner was expecting to have a "fry" and was a little disappointed. If I knew ahead of time I think I would not have paid for breakfast and just got something near by. However both my daughter and I were happy with the breakfast choices and having paid for breakfast motivated us to get up and out pretty early. All in all we had a pretty good experience. So to sum up Tiny functioning room Nifty led light's Continental breakfast Trendy young clients"
"First time stayed in any hotel with this group and very pleasantly surprised. Special mention to the Spanish lady on reception [sorry I didn't get her name] who was super friendly on check-in and unfortunately for this hotel advised she was moving back home very shortly. Excellent value for money especially taking into account other prices for central London over the school half term holidays. Yes the room wasn't the biggest and I choose a room without windows which isn't for everyone but it was fine for me. The room had everything I needed when, lets be honest you spend so little time in the room anyway, the room was spotless, TV, quirky lights & aircon all good and the bathroom was decent, especially the shower. Also in an excellent location with everything you need nearby."
"Had a quick stopover for work and the location for me was spot on. I was a stone's throw from the office. I didn't use my h of the facilities, just a place to get my head down. The room was clean, I had a room with a window but I don't think I would have minded otherwise. Size was ok, I didn't need anything large although had I had some work to do I probably would have liked something a bit bigger but for this visit it was perfect. Rooms were quiet and the air-conditioning made the warm night a bit more tolerable. Recommended if your in the area for a short stopover. Anything more you might need a bit more room."
"Traveled for my boyfriend’s birthday, couldn’t reccomend this hotel enough. Very clean and well presented. On top of this the reception staff who greeted us were amazing. So a massive thank you to Eugene and Jonathan for making our trip extra special and going the extra mile to welcome us. You guys are both amazing! Will definitely be returning xx"
"It's all about expectations. I was happy as I know the rooms were going to be the absolute minimum. Small, no space to store luggage, etc. I had a window which is a plus. Also the staff was very very friendly. You can see that the materials that were used for building are the cheapest but I didn't mind as my only goal was sleep and shower. However, if you plan on a family holiday... Don't pick this hotel. I'm not going to touch on the aspect of prices as all hotels in London are overpriced."
