"I made a mistake when booking as didn't realise it was just travel and show was not included. Emailed within a hour of booking to ask to cancel and refund, no answer. Called up and told I would be called back, did not happen. Emailed to be told eventually that I was not having a refund (£80). Called again to dispute this, told I will receive a call back and still nothing. I have contacted citizens advice about it. Read their own terms and conditions which does not say anything about no refunds given. Avoid!"
"Seats are comfortable, but not much space, feels rather cramped. Would recommend John, our awesome driver. Very informative and pleasant. Felt safe with his driving. All told, an excellent experience."
"My two grandsons and I went with Voel Coaches to the Ninja Warrior Experience in Manchester. What a fantastic day. We were given VIP treatment because we were with Voel coaches and were ushered into the stadium first! My grandsons were over the moon with the day. Going again with Voel to Blackpool Illuminations next month. Thank you for making two young boys very happy."
