"We had a great day at Ape Delamere. We did the adventure plus course. The adventure plus course gives you three courses, I would say they get a bit challenging as each one goes on. We are a family of 4 and our youngest is 7 and she was brilliant! We had a thorough induction and safety chat. There were plenty of staff and instructors every part of the course. They were reassuring when our youngest was a bit frightened towards the end of the last course. So the staff are supportive and check in with you. They are always checking to make sure you're safely clipped on at all times . Safety is paramount. The clips , ropes and harnesses, etc. are all in perfect condition and well looked after. Beautiful location, Delamere is so lovely and we had nice weather whilst doing this an even bigger bonus! It's definitely good family fun ! We would highly recommend it. Thank you for a great day!"
"The teens had a great time, well ran by staff and safety is maintained well. Range of activities and a unique experience. Beautiful place to walk while waiting for those taking part, could be better signposted to get to cafe/toilets."
"It was a mixed feeling adventure time for me..... I had fun with my friend..... At a point I was just stuck in the middle then I ask myself "who sent me to do this""
"I got taken here as a surprise and I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The experience was nice and thrilling. The instructor have a good brief and off we went. You start with an easy course then gradually build up. Some of the courses have a choice of medium/difficult routes so, you can choose based on how brave you feel. I went for the difficult ones all the times to get my money's worth. On course 5 I'd suggest going on the extreme route as it's very fun. If you want to go there and take it slowly I'd suggest going late in the day, so you don't have a lot of people rushing you from behind. Or simply let others pass and take your time. One thing I didn't really like was that you had to pay for car park nearby (£8 for over 2 hours), which is a bit steep considering the already high price of the experience. All in all I am happy with it and I'd recommend it. Remember to ALWAYS STAY ATTACHED!"
"This was an incredible experience. We were able, kindly, to move our booking forward an hour and this very positive experience with the staff was replicated at every possible interaction. I can't thank the staff enough for all their help, advice and support. My daughter has autism and the team were just superb and very accommodating. The course was challenging, long and exhilarating. We finished tired but very happy. Thank you to all the staff and to the lovely couples ahead and behind us!"
