"Tried to charge me for the room after it had already been paid for, middle of a heatwave and what seemed like a 30 tog duvet, no hot water in the shower, air con very poor, when i complained about no hot what the bloke just said yeah! Not impressed and will not stay again"

"I stayed here on a work trip. Single room. The first room i got was directly above a very loud party that wasn't going to slow down until at least 01:00. The second room i got was quieter. However when i got up for a shower, there's nothing on the taps to distinguish hot or cold. So i turned one on.... cold.... brushed my teeth.... turned on the other tap for a shave.... oh that's actually colder! The shower was totally useless unless its 30° outside and you want a cold shower! The bed was so soft, not good if you have a bad back."

"Good hotel for what we needed rooms were really big and had a balcony which was good. Air con didn't really do much on hot nights but staff sound. Shower not brill but parking really good. Good stay all in all thank you"
