"Didn’t even get to stay here cause I tried to call twice and emailed in with no reply and rude telephone conversations about how it was probably my fault. Even after I called and left my number to speak to apparently the only person who can take bookings I didn’t get a call back. They must be doing so well they don’t need customers anymore. Wouldn’t stay there now if it was free"

"Love the pub I cycle from Richmond to here,the locals are proper and make u feel welcome the owners are top so nice first time I came here you are made so welcome , bar staff are ace top"

"This is one of those places that you just want to go back too. I booked a stay in 2018, even if you do not stay at the INN, you MUST come to the pub and have a drink and dinner. The food is fantastic, all the staff are friendly, helpful and very informative of the area. I had the pleasure of meeting a local who worked as a ranger/farm hand for Prince Philip at the Windsor farms. It was fascinating. Tessa is the best hostess/manager you will find. I am so looking at returning here, located in Old Windsor, in the countryside, but close to town and the castle. You will not regret your stay here. This is an INN, not some uppity hotel, the people here are friendly and hospitable. The place is clean and fresh and very welcoming, even us yanks!"
