"My husband and I stayed at this hotel whilst my father was passing away at Queen's. I found the staff to be very attentive and caring, the food in the restaurant was delicious and the rooms spotlessly clean. I also want to give a special thanks to Charlotte - she knew we were visiting the hospital however had no idea of the reason. We did 3 separate bookings and she remembered our faces after the first one. For the second booking, she left a 'me to you' selection box of hot chocolates and 2 chocolate bars in our room with a note which said something along the lines of 'i hope these hot chocolates give you some relaxation in these stressful times'. Such a kind and lovely gesture and Premier Inn should be so proud to have such wonderful staff members. The service was beyond anything I could have expected."
