"I was shocked at how great this hotel was. My expectations were low because I booked it last minute for a very reasonable price, but the room was clean and well proportioned with a great view of the river. The location is fab, very easy to get to from waterloo and extremely convenient for seeing a show at the O2 (which is what we were there for). Staff were friendly and helpful, food was tasty (the pizza especially), food and bar prices very reasonable for London."

"Level 12 gives a beautiful view of the 02 arena and the river. Just being able to watch the city non stop moving from trains to boats, cable cars and the lights at night. Hotel in a good location. Staff are polite and rooms are very clean and comfortable as we had a family suit"

"Definitely one of the most modern Travelodge I have stayed in, the staff were friendly and suggested alternative parking when the hotel parking was full. We got the premium family room, it almost brand new, super clean with some amazing views. The beds were comfortable, the room had a coffee machine with coffee pods, a kettle, an iron and ironing board, a desk with comfortable chair. Fantastic hotel and would definitely stay here again. Very close to the O2 arena as well. Parking is probably the biggest heads, its always full but the alternative option is to park near by for £20+ over 24 hours."

"The actual place is really nice with an amazing view. Staff is friendly and overall a great place to stay. But there are few downsides: -Car park is really small and it costs £12 for 24hrs -Room wasn't the cleanest - there was balls of dust around air vents and shower curtains was all covered in red mould! Overall I would expect a place to be cleaner considering it's a new build, hence 4 stars."

"I booked this hotel as it was cheaper than staying in central London. The hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk away from the DLR so it was easy to get around. The room itself was clean and modern with a lovely view over the city, bathroom was a little small but not an issue for the price we paid. Bed was a little firm for my liking but appreciate this is a personal preference. The only let-down was that two out of the four lifts were out of service for the duration of our visit and the other two could take a while to reach you as a result. However, all in all, I found this hotel great value for money and would happily stay here again."
