"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency Stratford. Customer service was excellent and the highlight of my stay. Kudos to Anisha in guest services who was so pleasant to speak with. Her warm welcome during check-in was so appreciated, and the surprise treat made me smile. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the guys in Concierge! Daniyal, Matthew, Sal, Naleef, Alison, Joshua, Cmaye, Camron and Stanford were extremely helpful and made me feel special. It’s really nice to interact with people who are passionate about what they do! I can’t forget about Zena, who took great care of me while dining alone in the restaurant. She was extremely attentive and nice to talk to. Overall, I will say that Hyatt is doing great thing at The Hyatt Regency Stratford! You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel during your visit to London. Vivian E"
"Found literally on the doorstep of the shopping centre in Stratford.. Reception is on level 3. Drinks available in the bar area.. Food served until 10pm. Breakfast was a hot buffet style layout, but also a continental available too. Fresh orange juice too. Nice views if you ask for the right room. Prices do go up around football matches though as its right next to the stadium as well. Gym available. Free to use. Parking available nearby under the Westfield shopping centre. My only criticism would be the room temperature control unit seemed to have a mind of its own and when we put it to 18 it would change itself to 21 again."
"The hotel is practically in Westfield shopping centre which can be either a plus or a minus (depending on how much you like shopping. It is very close to transport links & this is certainly a plus. I stayed there on business. The rooms are nice & spacious -by conventional London standards. It was BB & breakfast is nice. The concierges are amazing & very knowledgeable & helpful. BUT, the room is TERRIBLY NOISY. The central heating system is very loud. I asked repeatedly for it to be switched off. First time round, it took around 5 minutes for this to happen; second time round, I had to chase everyone in the hotel, waited for ages for anything to happen. It is simply impossible for anyone to sleep in such noise."
