Reviews of The Corner | London City
"Small hotel near a London center and city. Room is providing everything you need and were clean and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Service always with smile on face were helpful and kind. We used it for our weekend trip to London And the location is awesome. You have underground station just behind the hotel and for example to big Ben it's like 5 stops. We take room without window because we like to sleep in quite and to be honest best decision ever."
"I loved the hotel! From the location to the price, everything was nice. It’s a simple hotel with simple, functional rooms, good elevators, modern lobby area, close to Tower Bridge and many nice restaurants and convenience shops. I love that you get a free drink at the bar every time you skip a day of room cleaning. I absolutely loved the fact that every level of the hotel has coffee machines with many options to choose between, absolutely free of charge! I’ll be definitely staying there again in the future!"
"Had an amazing stay here. The rooms are clean & the beds comfy. The lounge had a great atmosphere as well as good breakfast. The entire staff was welcoming and saw to our needs more than adequately. Fidele specifically left a lasting impression, a humorous and very kind guy! I hope you have the pleasure of meeting him during your stay as well."
"This was a surprise birthday present to accompany many other east end treats. The room was fun in its up cycled and recycled splendour and I loved the dog mural and hosepipe bed lights. The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and polite. I got a well made Vodka Martini at the bar and we enjoyed checking out the large selection of board games available. I can't wait to come back ."
"I really enjoyed the unconventional way the hotel was furnished and appreciated the environmental commitment. It's situated in a lively neighbourhood and easy to catch public transport. The breakfast was improvable. My main point of critique is that my room did not have a window, which is pretty claustrophobic and gave me headaches because of the lack of fresh air. I asked to be transferred to another room, which eventually succeeded, but I would advise anyone who books a room here to check whether it has a window."
