Reviews of Apex Temple Court Hotel
"Stayed here in March while my husband was in London on business. It’s very close to his office, so an ideal location for him, but I would have preferred being closer to the tube and other amenities. This area is very much a business district, so not much going on for shopping or good dinner places, but about 10-15 minutes walk from a couple of tube stations and Covent Garden. The hotel itself is nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good. A bit pricey, but on-par with normal London prices. The only negatives removing a star for me are the location, and the fact that our room was across the courtyard from the lobby, so we had a very far walk from the elevator. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a chore that took away from a perfect experience. Also, the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It felt like the mattress was due to be replaced. The room was a touch worn actually. Overall, I’d still recommend. I can’t comment on value for money since it was a business trip, so I don’t know what the cost actually was."
"Absolutely outstanding staff. I was moved by the authentic, warm, and helpful service at the Apex Temple Court. In particular, Denise is extraordinary: she went the extra mile every day to make my stay special and comfortable. Truly, every staff member I interacted with, from the front desk to the Bar to room service, was so kind, polite, and hardworking. Whoever is in charge of training here is doing something very right. I will recommend the Apex Temple Court to all those I know looking for outstanding service and a comfortable stay in London."
"A great hotel with excellent service. Its in a good location - walking distance from Chancery Lane and Temple Underground stations and tourist spots but still quiet enough that it doesn’t feel crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Minor issues: the shower hot water only goes to a certain temperature limit and depending on the location of your room, it could be a long walk to the elevator. However if you’re gonna be out most of the day, it’s a great place."
"I stayed here in February and loved it. Excellent location - walk to westend, chinatown. The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped and stylish. The bathroom and separate bathtub was a real pleasant surprise for London! Breakfast was good. Would love to return on my next trip (but the rates have increased quite a bit)"
"What an awesome experience here! This was our fourth hotel to visit as tourists in London and our favorite. It is a central location, Fleet Street, yet out of the tourist frenzy which makes it quiet while an easy walk to anywhere you might want to visit. Cozy, comfortable and yet very classy, the terrace rooms are large and beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The lobby is both chic and welcoming. Staff is happy and accommodating. We won't stay anywhere else!"
