"This was truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival to the room, I removed the comforter on one of the beds. The sheet were covered in yellow stains and had crackers and crumbs on the bed. The shower was like a hose with no hot water. The beds were uncomfortable and would squeak when you breathed. The wooden bed frame had holes and there were missing parts to the bathroom walls. The staff member encountered was rude, unkind and unhelpful. I have a disability which makes it hard to climb stairs and I was given a room on the top floor (there is no elevator in the building). The heating in the room did not work but the hallways were all overheated. The room was so awful that I checked out the next morning; I didn’t even stay for my entire reservation. The only thing I liked about this stay was the neighborhood."
"The price and the location are the only positive qualities of this place. Poorly decorated, somewhat dirty room. Bed was very uncomfortable, with a dip in the middle. Wardrobe handle duck taped together, splatters on the wall. If you have no other options then it's manageable for just sleeping. Couldn't have spent anymore than one night here, really wouldn't recommend staying here."
"Perfect hotel for low budget tourism. The hotel is what it is. The prices in london are extremely high. The location is perfect, and the service is nice, the rooms I recommend the higher ones. The breakfast is toast with butter and jelly, they offered fried eggs and beans with tomato sauce, coffe, milk, and like corn flakes (I'm not sure what it was)"
"Stayed here for two days with my daughter was a lovely hotel close to the coach station we came in on and the underground station to go exploring. Staff were lovely and polite. Room was lovely and the view from our window was nice thank you."
"I spent a night at this hotel and the price was to much for what I found. Was the worst night of my life. The furniture was very old, the room was cold and no heating during the night, was mold on the wals, the bathroom was so small, I was thinking that was a fitted wardrobe behind the door. The bed sheet and duvet cover were smelling so bad that I couldn't rest on it. The only good thing there is the location. DO NOT RECOMAND"
