"Stayed here for a work trip and was not disappointed. The check in process was very quick and easy. We arrived in the morning and all of our rooms were ready for us to check in. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and nice. Definitely unique with the design. There is a large closet that can hold a lot of luggage and it also has a safe inside as well. The bed was comfortable and there is a nice little desk area to work on the laptop. We also had no issue with the location as everything was walkable or a very short Uber. I would recommend staying at this curio collection."
"We've stayed at this hotel over the various iterations it's had since being called The City Inn. It's current iteration hasn't disappointed. The redecorated rooms are clean and appealing. Enjoyable breakfast and services. It's always been kinda quiet at this hotel - probably why we like it. And it's only a short quiet walk to Westminster for the tube. I imagine we'll be back"
"This hotel is great! You can walk everywhere, the rooms are very clean and bright and the gym was excellent. Loved that there was a second floor restaurant and ground floor dining option and coffee shops/grocery stores nearby to grab small items. Only complaint would be the hallways are extremely dark."
"We booked this hotel after our original VRBO reservation cancelled on us three weeks before our trip. It was better than we imagined! The hotel was beautiful and the location was fantastic. We were close to Underground stations and within walking distance of many places we wanted to see. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The room was smaller than what we were used to coming from America, but it was absolutely perfect for two of us. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in London!"
"The hotel is a nice facility. Although I often find that stylized edgy places are trying too hard and they lose functionality for the traveler. I realize that hotels need to make themselves stand out to ensure they capture the buyer's attention, and The Westminster does so. Nice art. Decent restaurant and reasonable breakfast options. Decent workout rooms (2-storey) and sort of a nightclub vibe for the restaurant at night. Modern rooms and nice rainfall showers. Plenty of dark spaces and shadowy vibe. The room we were provided was, unfortunately stale and musty, like old milk or cheese and was definitely disappointing for the cost of the room. It then makes the traveler think the room is unsanitary and it becomes an investigation to find the offending odor (we didn't find it) so we just opened the window and turned down the thermostat to keep fresh air flowing. We admittedly just accepted it as we got in very late and we were only staying one night. We did advise staff if the issue and hopefully they will deep clean the space for the next guests. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The main bed was luxurious and was very comfortable. The sofa bed is, well, a sofa bed. If anyone can make one comfortable, please tell me who as I will buy stock now. It was still functional but a bit of jealousy over the primary bed occupants kept me gnashing my teeth all night! All the pillows were spectacular. The view from the room was great and you could see Big Ben from our room. I'd bet the Thames view is even more spectacular. The overall location is perfect for sightseeing and less than 20 minutes walk to major attractions in the Westminster proper. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Close to the underground and a quick bus ride gets you to the railway."
