"Fab service, only had 3 appointments with Seb (technically 2.5 after I got lost today finding the Penn Road) & have got semi-functional use of my wrist back after just 30 days. Was really miserable a month ago cause the hospital and doctors weren't very helpful, bar painkillers. Really pleasant guy, thorough & showed me some exercises so it doesn't have to be braced off all the time. When I arrived for my first session I was in a lot of pain and had convinced myself that I wasn’t going to get better and scared that my conditions would last a lifetime.
