"Very disappointed with service. Pre covid service was great, but now looks like they getting bonuses for each refused person. Monday was calling for my mom's sick note, been told to wait till Friday. Ranged back Friday been told still no sick note, need to wait for Monday!! When I went there to pickup my prescription by one of receptionist been told am not that person on prescription so I can't take it. Service is a joke!!! To get appointment in these days mission impossible !!!"
