Premier Inn London Clapham hotel

"Would return again thanks to the wonderful Zoe. We stayed one night and it's the best and most caring service I have received from someone in a hotel. My daughter has Autism and Zoe really made such an effort to make us welcome and paid such lovely attention to my daughter it made the stay even more special. The hotel room was so clean and tidy and very peaceful at night. Thank you for such wonderful service Zoe deserves all the praise ♥️"

"Really enjoyed my stay! The mattress and the pillows are so comfortable and the bedroom itself has everything you may need for your stay. Perfect location, close to supermarkets and coffee shops and just 20mins by bus from the city centre. Highly recommended!"

"Agree with other reviewers that there was a lot of positive things about this Premier Inn. Comfortable, friendly, easy and good location near Clapham Common underground station. Rooms were very clean and simple. Breakfast was good. Staff were generally very helpful. Slight issue in room 9, on our first night we were both kept awake by a droning/vibrating noise that went on and off all night. Probably, air conditioning...not great. Reported it but we were told the hotel was full so we couldn't move. Fortunately, it did not happen the second night."

"We stayed here for 9 nights in July and it exceeded all of our expectations! We had low expectations because we were looking for a budget friendly place. There are aspects that definitely felt low budget, but that's expected with a budget inn. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The staff was so lovely and patient with my young kids. The inn was quiet and clean. It's right by Tesco and Sainsbury, and also near several bus stops, so it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. We had breakfast there one day and it was hot and delicious! I would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed here with my husband and 3 sons. Rooms were clean and location was great. We had a great 3 out of 4 nights here, however, had a very bad experience with our last evening meal. We decided to eat food from restaurant in our room - the server was a disgrace and the female member of staff in kitchen even worse. Steak cooked wrong and 1hr after my family got and finished their meals - I got mine. If it hadn’t been for Paul on reception who checked the quality and delivered to room I don’t think I would have even got it! Even though this experience has put us off staying again - we would just like to say how fantastic Paul has been with all of us for our entire stay. What a credit to premier inn! Also Alma was great with us and made us feel welcome. Lukas in the kitchen cooked us some lovely meals too."
