"I didn’t actually get to stay here, I booked through booking.com Then after finding out they would be taking a security deposit I cancelled a few hours later, Of the £94 I paid out I received no refund, I was expecting to pay 70% for cancellation but I go nothing due to fine print, Also my check in time was dictated by their work schedule so could not pick the keys up at 4pm which I thought was a reasonable time."

"Cosy apartment. Advertised as studio but it is more like 1 bedroom as kitchen is separate. Perfect location, few minutes away from Baker Street station and Madam Tussauds. All facilities provided from shower gel to all kitchen gadgets and TV with Wifi. Will defintely stay again."
