We offer a variety of courses in mindfulness, such as Mindfulness Now, which is our signature course and has received international recognition. We also offer other courses such as Mindfulness in Life, Mindfulness in the Workplace, and Mindfulness for Mental Health, which cater to various needs and interests of our students.
