"My daughter booked me a massage and facial. I was treated by a fantastic young lady called Bailey who delivered an excellent service. She made me very comfortable, gave a brilliant massage and made sure I was happy. Definitely value for money and I will certainly be returning soon."

"Went for a facial, it felt calming and nice. The products used had a pleasant smell and the venue was easy to find. Unfortunately and I don't know if this is usual practice, but the therapist walked out of the room half way through for about 10 minutes during my facial. She said it was to wait for the mask, however I felt I could of been perhaps spoken to about the treatment itself and the products used during this time as I had no idea what was being applied to my face. I would of been interested to see if any of the products were available to buy?. Also the treatment finished 5 minutes early, and whilst this isn't a huge deal, it would have been nice to have been offered a glass of water after, especially as the room was quite hot. The aftercare was non existent and I just felt the overall experience lacked professionalism, therefore I would be inclined to go elsewhere in future which is ashame as I have never been to this spa before and really wanted it to be my regular."

"Overall a really nice clinic. Clean, friendly staff, good offers/prices (got 45 min massage for £35). The deep tissue massage I felt could have had more pressure/ been more effective in my opinion. Nevertheless I left happy with the service and less tense than when I went in."

I have been here a few times for massages/ facials and have always been impressed with the quality of the treatments and the customer service. The staff are always friendly, polite and make sure you feel comfortable;I always leave feeling blissful and relaxed, both physically and mentally. I also find the prices very reasonable for the quality and length of time you receive. Overall, it is a wonderful addition to Harborne high street, every spa lover should give it a visit, I’m sure you won’t regret it,"
