"Your lucky there isn't an option for no stars the rooms are appalling no heating and no knob on the radiator to turn it up or down,stains all over the carpet and mattress the bedding was dirty there was a gale blowing through the window it was freezing cold I lasted half an hour in there whilst looking for some were else to stay and left I spoke with the bloke on Reception about the issues and a refund the response I got was a shrug of the shoulders and a comment of I only work here and you need to speak to booking . Com were you booked it from. The pictures on Google don't do it justice its the worst place I've seen. I wouldnt have let me dog sleep in the room absolutely outrageous"
