"Nice and clean, I love the kitchen, we have great time meeting with people in the kitchen during breakfast, lunch and dinner. To the right, Walk not far there is SSE arena and big stadium Wembley. If we want to go further, we use tube. Just walk to the station. The stores complete with food we need. I spent a week there. On the left of Citylivein the London Designer outlet. Amazing time on London."

"The place is nice, well located and the staff is courteous but there is a lot of improvement to do: 1. Rooms do not have a/c and do not allow windows to open more than 5 cm 2. Rooms are provided with a small ventilator which was So dirty and dusty I had to dissemble it and clean it under running water and yet gave me a bad allergy reaction 3. I staid with them 5 days and my room was not cleaned once! They give u fresh towels if u ask but it is not acceptable that a room is not cleaned for so long especially being that I asked for it to be cleaned. I can see the guys working here are trying but they are still not meeting minimum hotel standards.. I'd rather say this is a good quality hostel."

"Nothing like the photos shown. Is infact student accommodation turned into a non term time hotel/short stay accommodation. Room is small, dirty and smells. The double bed is actually a generous single. The room would highly benefit being painted as the walls are rotten. Rooms have no aircon and windows barely open so be prepared to sweat in summer. Kitchen sink plughole is full of rotten food and the shower cubicle has black spores in-between the tiles."

"We booked a six bedroom apartment for carnival weekend in august . When we got to the apartment there was mouldy food in the fridge that had expiry dates of early July, there were dirty plates in the sink, the floor and kitchen surfaces were sticky and the microwave what extremely dirty with reds stains in it. One of the doors in the bathrooms were also damaged. We did not want to lose the massive deposit they took from us for damage that had already been done before we were there so we asked for a new room. They told us they had no rooms and just sent a single cleaner who, told us it would take five minutes to clean the apartment, The cleaner threw some cleaning liquid on the floor mopped one corner of the room, gave the surfaces a quick wipe and threw all the food from the fridge in the bin. The apartment was disgusting despite them telling us when we arrived that they were still getting the room ready. The staff were condescending and did not seem to care. Would not recommend. Better off going to a premier in."
