"At first when we arrive the doors are locked with no information on the door, no bell or contact number. We had to walk into a local store nearby to ask how we get in only to find out that there is a reception and check in at a different location. We had to walk 2-3 minutes to get there check in and walk back to sleeping area it's a few locations with one reception desk. The room's on the other hand is small however very nice and comfortable and cozy. The service was great, I would love if it can be stated on the door what the address for the check-in desk is or maybe a bell. It felt uncomfortable to feel like I got to the wrong place unsure how to get in with no information. Feeling Lost with all my luggage is not a walk in the park."

"Receptionist was lovely and welcoming, accomodation was great, clean, modern, well stocked with complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits. The hotel is located between 2 bars, there are double windows so the noise from outside is very limited and the access to the hotel itself feels very secure. Air conditioning also provided.very well priced and great location. Would recommend Lola's Bakery for breakfast. We was able to leave our bags with reception after check out so we could enjoy our day out."

"Really lovely, clean room. A good selection of complementaries, and for the price of the room, the bathroom and kitchen facilities are great. Only complaint is that the building itself is difficult to access - took me a few moments to figure out how to get into the door, but once I had the stay was fantastic and a great location."

"Good location near to the subway. Clean room. But one of the receptionists was very impolite rude and useless. She ignored us when we asked her for some information then she started to argue with us because we wanted to let our luggage in the lobby and wanted to use the bathroom.. we requested to do the check in early she refused. And when we requested to do the check out later she said no BC other people will check in early.. Finally the receptionist is closing at 5 pm so it's not possible to let the luggage after that."
